Once subscribed, you’re able to add as many design requests to your queue as you’d like, and they will be delivered one by one. You are also able to let us know which ones are the top priority so we can complete those first.

We understand you may not have enough design work to fill up the entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two design requests at the moment. That’s where pausing your subscription comes in handy.

Billing cycles are based on a 30-day period. Let’s say you sign up and use the service for 20 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you’ll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

DesignTowers offers a ton of flexibility in how you request designs using Atlassian Trello. Some common ways clients request designs is directly via Trello, sharing Google docs or wireframes, or even recording a brief video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Providing as much detail as possible will lead to a better design outcome. We recommend recording a short video, which can save you time spent writing lengthy briefs. There may be instances where you are unsure of what you need, and that’s perfectly fine. In such cases, we can work together to determine the best solution for your project.

The majority of our design work (especially mockups) are done in Figma and websites are built using Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio. We also build WordPress sites as well.

The cost of web hosting is not included in our pricing as it is paid directly to the platforms we use to host each website. You will be asked to pay for your web hosting subscription once your website is complete. Costs vary depending on the size of your website but we recommend budgeting $50 – $80 a month.

That’s fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional design needs. There’s no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.

Our Design Subscriptions operate without any binding contracts but come under our Terms of Service. This provides you with the freedom to pause or cancel your subscription at any time. We appreciate that some companies may require a contract, in which case we can discuss a suitable arrangement together.

Absolutely. DesignTowers does not cover the following design work: 3D modeling, animated graphics (GIFS, etc.), complex packaging, and extensive print design (magazines, books, etc.).
